  • Attendance at the Annual SPR Conference in Prague

    We are so excited to have attended the 2024 annual meeting of the Society for Psychophysiological Research (SPR) at the Prague Congress Centre on October 23-26, 2024! We disseminated some of our research and got to connect with numerous other laboratories, along with celebrating our own Dr. Foti’s fellowship award!

  • Our P.I., Dr. Foti, was named a fellow of SPR!

    In May 2024, our very own Dr. Foti was officially named a fellow of the Society for Psychophysiological Research (SPR). The SPR Fellows Program honors SPR members who have made substantial, sustained contributions both to the field of psychophysiology and to SPR. More info can be found here.

  • Roma Kamat Receives a Poster Presentation Reward

    Our very own undergraduate research assistant Roma Kamat received a poster presentation reward at the 2024 Midwest Fragile X Research Exchange Meeting at Rush University in Chicago! She presented on some of the findings from the Brain And Behavior Study under the direction of Roslyn Harold. We look forward to continuing to build awareness for our BABS study!

  • Alumni Keisha Novak's team's breakthrough antipsychotic medication Gets FDA Approved

    The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Cobenfy capsules for oral use for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults. It is the first antipsychotic drug approved to treat schizophrenia that targets cholinergic receptors as opposed to dopamine receptors, which has long been the standard of care.
